We booked a room for four persons - honestly, it was too small. One bed was broken. The bathroom was clean and in general the hotel is clean. Well, it was so so...not good and not too bad. But price was too high for such so so room. Quiet place, close to the centre. Номер на четверых был тесноват. Чайника в номере нет. Фена нет. Но радовало то, что было тихо на улице и мы высыпались. Гостиница расположена близко к центру и метро. В общем, по соотношению цена и удобство тянет на хилую троечку.

A very good location of the hotel, within an easy reach of the city center, Monmartre and Moulin Rouge on foot, a very kind hotel staff. Not very expensive. You can save lots of money on transport.
Single room was very small ((( there is no internet in the rooms starting from the second floor, only at the reseption area and on the first floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was basic I.E. a croissant for breakfast and a small room without a safe or other facilities however this suited us as we were not interested in a luxury hotel - it met our needs in terms of it being well cleaned everyday, comfy beds and in particular a great location that wasn't a far walk away from Gare du Nord or from the main tourist attractions. Our main concern was safety as we were travelling two girls alone - the hotel is just off a main road so not in the depths of dodgy side streets. I felt it was a reasonably safe area. Very close to lots of restaurants and to Montemarte. I would definitely return to this hotel - great value for money.
Would have preferred having a safe in the room for passports. Very basic so not somewhere to stay if you are picky about rooms other than standard of cleanliness (which is all I was interested in in the room)

Budget place to stay in Paris. Located 10 mins from Place de clichy train station. Just need to get the direction right if not will end up walking a big round. Supermarket opposite, F&B outlets within range (Chinese, Japanese, Local & fastfood, etc). Walking distance to opera, Galeries Lafayette. On the right side, Bus no 30 (Euro 1.80) to Arc de Triompe & Effifel Tower.

My second room they puted me in another room because of my complaint and I appreciated that
My first room was a mess, it was like a horror movie motel room in the middle of the road at 3am with a windows facing toward a basement, I made a compaint at the reception about the uglyness of the room compared to the pictures in Booked.net. So they changed me to a new room with street view, decent bathroom but with 2 beds instead one queen like I have pointed at the reception, so then I had to stick both beds and try to not fall out of the bed in the middle of the night. But the second room was very decent. The corridors of the 6 floor motel are small and deteriorated. For a Low budget people is a good Hotel if you only get the room with street view.

The first advantage of the hotel is it location. There is the metro station (Place de Clichi) next to the hotel. The Carrefour market is near the hotel (one station from the hotel). That is why we save some money for another activities. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. It is possible to get to the Moulin Rouge in 5-7 minutes and to Basilica Sacre Coeur in 15-20 min. The floor in the room is covered by carpet.
When we get into room we found dirty towel and some used tissues under the bed. It is repairing the halls. We have got the large gap between entry and floor. There are two chairs only in the room for 3 persons.

Location was very good - close to metro, close to city center, safe area, many cafes and restorants nearby. Room was cleaned every day, personnel was nice and helpful.
There was no freezer in the room.

The price/quality of the hotel is great. Comfortable beds, just a five minute walk to the Place du Clichy metro station, great staff.
The showers are not fixed in the wall.

Unfortunately there is no positive points about this hotel.
First of all the room was like a crypt and full of mosquitoes and the windows were not equipped with screen wire cloth. So we could not open the window while the weather was very hot. Thus we could not stay there even for a second and we left. Secondly, while it was mentioned in the hotel facilities that the hotel has a lift, the lift was broken and thy told us that it wont be repaired for the next couple of days and as our room was on the 4th floor, we had to climb too many dangerous stairs with heavy suitcases. In our night of arrival we severely needed the internet, and however according to Booked.net the hotel was supposed to have WiFi, it did not. and the reception showed us a paper stating that the WiFi service is also will not be connected for the next couple of days. The hotel staff were very rude, aggressive, unfaithful, and kept lying on us about the hotel facilities. The reception who was an Arabian man did not know a word of English and could just speak Arabic and French, which caused us a lot of problems communicating with him in the midnight. The very important point are the many dangers existing in the hotel including the torn carpets which covered the stairs and could cause a normal person to fall.Another danger was the light bulb surrounded by unprotected electrical wires. All these dangers and the points mentioned about caused us to leave the place and go searching for another place after the midnight.
